	Through our website you will be able to chose your unit. The price schedule is suggestive and can be adjusted to fit your needs. You can rely on our On-Line Client Service to help you chose your property and negotiate the payment method.
	After the commercial terms are settled, you will be able to appoint a Brazilian resident as your attorney, who will sign the Instrument of Purchase and Sale Commitment.
	If you would rather sign the Instrument yourself, you may receive it at your residence through express mail, sending the signed Instrument to us in the same way.
	The invoices will be sent to you before their due date. The values of the invoices will be converted to the local currency as specified in the Purchase and Sale Commitment.
	You will be able to pay the installments abroad, through payment order  at your preferred Bank or through your appointed Brazilian resident attorney, with a Power of Attorney to do so.
	The Exchange Contract settlement fees will be paid by AC Group Engenharia.
